Dear Jeff,

It was a pleasure working with you and your associates through this process. Sandie and I were initially impressed with your professionalism a few years ago when we were considering listing a property which we eventually sold on our own. You showed up with a stack of comps and some good advice and we never heard another peep out of you- How did you know we hated being bothered by pesky Realtors?  I said to Sandie: "If we ever do hire a Realtor we're calling him." I value that no-nonsense way of doing business and equally abhor the other way of doing business.

Even if the contract had run out we would not have been disappointed with your service.
